'I've been having PT sessions with Hannah for a couple of months now and I love our sessions. I think the training plan she creates for me is really tailored to my needs and I always go home feeling motivated. During our sessions she pays a lot of attention to my form, giving me lots of tips on how to breath and how to execute the exercises correctly. I also love how she messages me the day after our sessions to check if I'm ok.

On a personal level she is a wonderful person, always in a good mood and smiling, really fun to be around. Every time I see her at the gym she comes to say hello and ask if I need any help which is a really nice touch.

I also do her classes at The Atrium and they are amazing, I always leave feeling like I had a really good workout.

'Working from home during the pandemic was not good for my posture or my core strength and balance. This was a disaster for my riding position and my ability to hold my body in position to ride in balance with the horse. As a consequence I did not feel as secure as I should. Hannah took the time to watch me ride and we discussed my balance and strength issues. Hannah then developed a specific programme to work on the muscle groups to improve my control and core strength for riding. This has made a remarkable difference to the way I sit on my horse and to my posture in every day life. I feel much more secure in the saddle and have even lost weight. 'Having Hannah as my PT wasn't necessarily just about the gym for me. I wanted to feel more confident in myself but also have the ability to execute exercises accurately and effectively when I trained alone. I went from having 3/4 sessions a week with Hannah because I was too nervous to train by myself to training 4 days alone and having a session once a week because I felt confident in what I was doing but that's not to say we don't speak most days!
